In July 2009 Skagit Championship Sports is bringing the Girl's 14A Fastpitch Western National Championship to Skagit Valley. We are expecting more than 70 teams from the all over the western United States to compete for the title of Champion and take home the trophy. We are excited that we have been given the opportunity to be involved in the creation and management of http://www.SCS2009.com Wh at's more our parent company Hyperlocal Marketing Group is going to be managing the marketing campaign for SCS.
It is amazing the amount of effort that the SCS Leadership have put into getting this off of the ground so quickly. This is a group effort that has quite a bit of history behind it. Skagit Championship Sports brought their first championship to Skagit County in 2001. Then once again in 2005. The SCS Leader ship is comprised of Bob Lama, Mike McCarthy, Wild Bill Silves and Bob James. All of them have been umpires with the ASA for several years now.
