Support
By purchasing the website package, artwork, plug-in or additional service you are acknowledging that these only include the predefined amount of support if any listed in the product description. Any additional time spent above and beyond the predefined amount will be billed at our current hourly rate. Any type of support outside of any predefined package that takes more than 15 minutes of our time to respond to will be charged accordingly. This applies to all of our services telephone calls and emails.

Refunds
All of the products we sell are based on the amount of time that we spend making them a reality for you. Any of the services that you purchase through us are to be considered consumable. As a result it is not possible to procure a cash refund for any of the services that we provide.

Major Changes
We have created a very collaborative process by which you are involved as much as you elect to be. This ensures that you will get exactly what you express to our representatives in the initial creative process. Each project that we do for you has milestones and specific clearly communicated major change cut off points. If you seek any changes to a design or project that take it in a drastically new direction after the plan of action has been approved additional charges will apply.
